Refund & Return Policy

At Platinum Anatomy, each mannequin is made to order and ships in a custom-designed protective box. Please read this policy carefully before completing your purchase.

 

1. Made-to-Order Products

All products are custom-manufactured using 3D printing technology. Because each mannequin is produced individually upon receiving your order, we are generally unable to accept returns for change-of-mind purchases.

 

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the product description, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

•       Your order number

•       Clear photographs of the damaged item and its packaging

•       A brief description of the issue

Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or a partial/full refund at our discretion.

 

3. Incorrect Item Received

If you received an item different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days. We will send the correct item or issue a full refund, including return shipping where applicable.

 

4. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, production may have begun and cancellations may not be possible.

 

5. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for:

•       Change-of-mind returns after the 24-hour cancellation window

•       Damage caused by misuse or improper handling after delivery

•       Orders with an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

•       Customs duties or import fees charged by the destination country

•       Bank fees or currency conversion charges applied by the customer's financial institution

 

6. Refund Amount & Payment Fees

Approved refunds are issued for the product price and applicable shipping costs in EUR. Please note that any additional fees charged by your bank or card issuer — which may be up to 5% of the order value depending on your payment method and financial institution — are outside our control and cannot be refunded by us.

 

7. How to Request a Refund

Email us at: support@platinumanatomy.com. Include your order number, photos if applicable, and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2–3 business days.

 

8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
