Welcome to Platinum Anatomy. By accessing or purchasing from www.platinumanatomy.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

 

1. About the Seller

FOP Herasymenko Valeriia Oleksandrivna, a sole proprietor registered under Ukrainian law (DRFO: 3870701564), single tax payer (Group 2). Legal address: Ukraine, 65069, Odessa region, city of Odessa, Rozdolna street, building 2a.

 

2. Products

Platinum Anatomy sells 3D-printed anatomical mannequins for educational purposes — anatomy studies, cosmetology training, and aesthetician skill development. Products are made to order and shipped in a custom-designed protective box.

Minor variations in colour or finish may occur due to the nature of 3D printing.

 

3. Ordering and Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, purchasing for lawful educational or professional purposes, and that all information provided is accurate.

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. We accept Visa and Mastercard (including Apple Pay and Google Pay where available), processed securely through hutko (hutko.org). All prices are displayed in Euro (EUR).

 

4. Payment Processing & Currency Conversion

All prices are displayed in Euro (EUR). Payments are processed by hutko and settled in Ukrainian Hryvnia (UAH) at the applicable exchange rate at the time of transaction.

Depending on your card issuer, bank, or chosen payment method, your financial institution may apply additional charges for currency conversion or international transactions. These fees are determined solely by your bank and are outside our control. The total amount charged to your card may be up to 5% higher than the displayed order total.

Note: We recommend checking with your bank regarding any applicable foreign transaction or currency conversion fees before placing your order.

 

5. Geographic Restrictions

We ship worldwide with the exception of Russia and Belarus. Orders with delivery addresses in these countries will be automatically cancelled and refunded.

 

6. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or handling fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Note: EU customers: orders above EUR 150 may be subject to import VAT and customs duties upon entry into the EU.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, product models, brand elements, and content on www.platinumanatomy.com are the exclusive intellectual property of Platinum Anatomy. You may not copy or reproduce them without prior written consent.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

Platinum Anatomy shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

 

9. Disclaimer

Our products are designed exclusively for educational and training purposes. They are not medical devices and are not intended for clinical use or diagnosis.

 

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Ukrainian legislation.

 

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
