Thank you for shopping with Platinum Anatomy. This policy outlines our shipping practices for our 3D-printed anatomical mannequins.
1. Packaging
Every Platinum Anatomy mannequin ships in a custom-designed protective box engineered specifically for the shape and fragility of our products, ensuring safe arrival regardless of destination.
2. Processing Time
All products are made to order. Please allow 5–14 business days for production before shipment. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.
3. Shipping Destinations
We ship worldwide, with the exception of Russia and Belarus.
4. Shipping Carriers
We ship via the following trusted international carriers, selected based on destination and package requirements:
• Nova Poshta Global — fast international courier service
• Ukrposhta — Ukrainian national postal service for worldwide delivery
• DHL — premium express international courier
The carrier for your order will be confirmed in your shipping notification email.
5. Estimated Delivery Times
Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
• Europe: 7–14 business days
• USA & Canada: 10–20 business days
• Australia & New Zealand: 14–25 business days
• Rest of the World: 14–30 business days
These are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, local postal services, or unforeseen delays.
6. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and selected carrier.
7. Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number to monitor delivery through the carrier's website.
8. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees in the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices.
Note: EU customers: orders above EUR 150 may be subject to import VAT and customs duties upon entry into the EU.
9. Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. Please contact your local carrier first, then reach out to us if needed.
10. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged despite our custom protective packaging, please see our Refund Policy and contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and the box.
